:!: MY ART ON EBAY: [link]

title is a lyric from don mclean's american pie, of course. this happens to be my favorite song ever and I have a bit of a cosmic/emotional connection to it--but anyway, this photo was born of lonliness and it serves mainly as visual journal to remind me of this period in life.

Nice. I like the effect of the lines/wire/I don't know what. They look good anyway.

Spec-fucking-tacular, brilliant composition, lighting, subject, everything. Rock on.

Nice tone and focus. I like how the lips stand out.

Perfect lighting. The oddity of it intrigues me, makes me wonder just *why* photographing yourself tangled in (what appears to be) string, will remind you of lonliness. The lips, probably, are my favourite part, the way they stand out as being berry-stained against dull colours.

such a softness to the palette, yet those red lips of unrequitedness.

sigh.

I would say that that one part of the string that has broken free of the focal plane dominates a little and interrupts the whispy wend, but I still see them as a barrier of complexities.

very nice piece, the lighting plays out well and the wires add to the composition beautifully.
